Ministries
We are blessed to have members representing a wide variety of ages: young, old, and in-between.
Please contact us if you would like to find out more about any of the ministries or get involved.
We believe that each individual child is truly a blessing from the Lord. Furthermore, we believe that it is our responsibility to lovingly and faithfully teach them the Word of God. In this way, the Sunday School ministry seeks to reinforce godly instruction and discipline which may be received at home.
Junior Sunday School
The goal of the Sunday School ministry is not merely to produce well-behaved, polite citizens. Rather, we hope to equip each child with a knowledge of the Scriptures and pray that they will choose to believe and be saved. For those who do believe, we endeavour to provide them a solid grounding in the Bible. This is considered a precious long-term investment into these young lives.
Sunday School is held during the Sunday Morning Worship Service (10.30am to around 11.45am) and caters for children from almost-preschool age to upper primary school age. The classes are coarsely divided according to age group with consideration also given to the spiritual knowledge of each child. Dedicated and enthusiastic teachers help the children to learn about their creator in a fun and supportive environment. The lessons are taken from both the Old and New Testament, with the curriculum taking the children through the Bible
